To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept any item sent without initiating a return request through Elevation.bbeauty@gmail.com. You can also send your return inquiries to the given email.

Damage Issues:
Kindly inspect the product thoroughly upon arrival and immediately contact us if you have received the wrong product or if it is damaged or defective.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gifts, or giveaways.

Exchanges:
To exchange a product, first return the product you have. Once the return is accepted by our team, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
