Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
1. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.
2. Delivery Estimates:
◦ Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
◦ Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
◦ Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
1. Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

International Shipping
1. Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. The available countries will be listed at checkout.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Elevation Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions
1. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Restricted Items: Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. If any restrictions apply, it will be noted on the product page and during checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
1. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Elevation.bbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages: Elevation Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance. If you need further assistance, contact us at Elevation.bbeauty@gmail.com.
